Problem
Users are not able to open a checking account in the Discover native mobile app. In addition, the existing web application is lengthy and requires more information than necessary.


Solution
Create a new online account opening experience for the mobile application for both logged in and new users. In addition, redesign the web application leading to the reduction of 7+ form fields.
